Privacy notice

Built by Trell is operated by Trell as a solo operator. This notice explains the baseline handling for inquiry information submitted through this site.

Information collected

Inquiry forms may collect name, email, phone, project details, links you provide, budget/timeline ranges, consent choices, and basic attribution fields such as UTM parameters, landing page, and referrer.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand which traffic sources are useful, scope possible work, and maintain basic business records. Marketing messages require separate consent.

Analytics

Analytics should not fire until consent handling is configured. Future analytics may measure page views, CTA clicks, form starts, form submissions, and outbound links.

Retention and deletion

Unqualified leads are intended to be kept for up to 12 months by default. You can request deletion by emailing Trell at the contact address used by the inquiry form.

Third-party tools

The site may later use a form provider, analytics provider, spreadsheet/CRM, email provider, or calendar provider. Those tools must be listed in the private processor inventory before launch traffic is sent.
